TOP offers a variety of services for families including parenting services and education, workforce development, healthy relationship education, teen intervention and support, after school and school social work programs, and need-based assessments and referrals. Through these services, TOP provides resources to promote self-sufficiency, strengthen families, and prevent child abuse and neglect. We believe that building strong families creates strong communities.
