South Central Alabama Mental Health Center

South Central Alabama Mental Health Center (SCAMHC) is a 501c3 organization providing an array of services to mentally ill, substance abuse, and developmentally disabled individuals in Butler, Coffee, Covington, and Crenshaw Counties. Mental Illness services are offered to children through the geriatric years and include: Rehabilitative Day Programs, Intensive Day Programs, Supportive Housing, Case Mgt. (Adult and Children), Small Capacity Group Home, Children's and Adult In-Home Services, Juvenile Court Liaison, Probate Court, Outpatient Therapy, Hospital Evaluations, Geriatric Services, Psychiatric Services, Crisis Intervention, Testing, Med Monitoring and Information and Referral.
