Rested Families, LLC

Rested Families, LLC is a pediatric sleep coaching practice based in north Alabama, but works virtually with families all over. The founder of Rested Families, Kendall Hampton, is a Developmental Specialist, Autism Coach, and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant who coaches caregivers to teach their child independent sleep skills and get the quality sleep they need to thrive. She supports family’s to achieve the restful nights that are necessary for children’s growth and development as well as parent’s health and well-being. Parents are empowered to sleep train in a responsive and caring way that is tailored to their unique situation and priorities. Through coaching calls and daily text support, family’s reach their sleep goals in just a few weeks.
