Perspective Counseling

As a normal part of life, we run into unexpected transitions, stresses and losses. Relationship changes, academic challenges, work stress, and health issues can create very uncomfortable feelings, physical problems, and impair our ability to cope. We may even start to act in ways that are outside our normal character. Counseling can help.
