MOTHERS Program - Community Action Northwest Alabama

The MOTHERS Program is a 16-week parenting class designed to equip caregivers with improved parenting skills, family functioning and child well-being. Certified instructors teach parenting responses to child behavior and child abuse and neglect prevention. Included is a parenting assessment for parenting weaknesses as well as anger/stress management and building self-esteem.
