Life Is Fun Together (LIFT)

A program of Family Guidance Center of Alabama, LIFT supports healthy relationships and marriages. Focusing on the skills needed to form and nurture healthy relationships, LIFT workshops are for people at all different points in their relationship/marriage - singles, premarital couples, single parents, and married couples. Workshops are fun and distinctive. Remote seminars are offered.
