Integrative Health Services

We provide comprehensive mental health services for individuals aged five and up, as well as couples and families. Our treatment specialties include depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD/ADD, adjustment disorders, behavioral challenges, PTSD/trauma, LGBTQIA+ support, infant/early childhood, perinatal mental health and more. Therapies offered include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Lifespan Integration Therapy, grief counseling, and marital/pre-marital counseling. Upon request, we collaborate with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals. Our extensive database of trusted resources includes inpatient facilities, infertility specialists, support groups, licensed naturopathic doctors, psychologists, health coaches, and more, ensuring comprehensive support tailored to your needs. We offer statewide telehealth and in person services in Pelham, Alabaster, and Gardendale.
