By providing early detection and intervention, we strive to empower children to unlock their full potential and thrive in educational and personal endeavors. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to address vision challenges in urban and rural areas, impacting the lives of the children we serve. Together, we believe in a future where every child can see the world clearly and brightly.

HomeFirst: HomeFirst is a financial wellness initiative that empowers individuals and families on their path toward homeownership readiness or foreclosure prevention through personalized financial education and coaching.

SpeakFirst: Impact America’s SpeakFirst initiative uses academic debate as a platform to support Birmingham middle and high school students and guide them on a path toward excellence in college and beyond. The SpeakFirst initiative enriches the academic experience of talented and motivated students from Birmingham City schools through participation in a competitive debate team. In 2025, SpeakFirst expanded its operations and launched the SpeakFirst: Birmingham Urban Debate League, to serve more students than ever before.
