Image Clear Ultrasound is a state licensed, mobile, medical clinic offering free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and community resource referrals to women who have not yet seen a physician nor had prenatal care. No appointments are needed and walk-ins are welcome. We are open in Birmingham 4 days per week.
