Harris Home for Children

The Harris Home for Children has been serving youths in North Alabama, and all around the state, for more than 60 years. To-date hundreds of children have benefited from the variety of programs offered by the Harris Home. Many of them are now self-sufficient, contributing members of society as a direct result of the care and training given by our staff and volunteers at the Harris Home.  The programs we offer are designed to not only meet the primary needs of our children, but also to provide necessary support and guidance to help them achieve their own goals and dreams! This includes educational support, life skills training, and more.
