Hamilton: Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center

Since 1969 the Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center has grown in its ability to provide services to the mentally ill, those with intellectual disabilities, and persons suffering from chemical dependency. The Center prides itself in the quality of services and the well-developed continuum of care. There is a heavy emphasis on services to children, families, and geriatric age groups as well as the seriously mentally ill, those with intellectual disabilities and those suffering from chemical dependency.
