First Choice Women's Medical Center

First Choice is a pregnancy resource center located in Montgomery, Alabama. We currently have two locations to better serve individuals and families in our community. All of our services are free and confidential. We offer multiple medical services including pregnancy testing, confirmation ultrasounds, options education, and STI testing/treatment. Our continued support services include individual parenting education classes, group classes, community resource referrals, and material support through an on-site baby boutique, First Things. We also provide post-abortion care and support.
