ITP was founded in 1993 as a private non-profit agency providing court referral/jail diversion programs to Mobile and Baldwin Counties. ITP is governed by a Five (5) member Board of Directors made up of business leaders, law enforcement, and government specialists. Corporate offices are located in Mobile County and Dale County.
