ACLPPP performs activities to prevent and reduce childhood lead poisoning including case management and environmental surveys for children with out of range blood lead levels; outreach to providers, parents, and lead industries to educate on appropriate screening, common lead sources, and simple lead poisoning prevention strategies; and referrals to additional services to meet individual developmental needs.
