Beautiful Rainbow is the only cafe in the world completely operated by students with significant cognitive disabilities. Its mission is to use innovative strategies to enable adolescents and young adults to acquire community-based employment and other integrated postsecondary outcomes through organic gardening and sophisticated food production. The Cafe is an organic and vegetarian restaurant which provides an unforgettable gourmet garden-to-table experience.
