Coaching for Excellence in Employment

A program of Family Guidance Center of Alabama, Coaching is designed to help individuals take advantage of education and job training opportunities that will provide new skills that translate into real life, sustained outcomes. Individuals are matched with a trained, professional Coach who adds motivation, inspiration, and accountability as individuals pursue their important goals. Funded through AL Dept. of Human Resources, Coaching receives referrals of individuals who receive or are eligible to receive TANF assistance.
