Conecuh County Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters Program

Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is a 30 week early learning program that offers one on one teaching and coaching for parents and how to become their child's first and most important teacher. The program runs October to May and is offered at no charge. Taught in English and Spanish.
